Biography
is an Associate Professor in the School Visual Arts and the Coordinator of the Illustration Program (2016-2019, 2025-Current) at 色界吧. Over the last two decades of Arnold鈥檚 professional art and illustration career, he has had work featured in more than ten one-man exhibitions, included in over fifty group shows worldwide and has been part of countless illustration and design campaigns. Selected notable clients and collectors include: The Ron Finley Project, House Beautiful Magazine, Powerade, Skittles, General Electric, St. Jude Children's Hospital, and the US National Park Service. He earned a B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Missouri, 色界吧 in 2002, and an M.F.A. in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007.聽
Instructional Areas
Chris Arnold plays an active role in leadership and curriculum development within the School of Visual Arts. His teaching spans the Illustration program, with a primary emphasis on studio practice. He is also the founder of the Illustration Student Group (ISG) and the ILLO Awards, both designed to support and showcase emerging illustrators.
